Dubai property developer OMNIYAT has revealed OMNIYAT Bespoke, a division that creates custom residences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
The launch coincides with the launch of Luna Sky Palace at ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
The Luna Sky Palace spans 58,476 square feet across three levels, featuring a 13,500-square-foot roof garden with a 36-metre infinity pool. The residence includes private lobby lounges, a personal assistant’s office, a wellness spa with fitness facilities, and parking for 10 vehicles.
OMNIYAT’s venture into bespoke developments began with One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, which became Dubai’s most valuable residence in 2017.
The company later developed the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, setting a sales record for Palm Jumeirah properties.
Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman at OMNIYAT said: “OMNIYAT Bespoke is about bringing dreams to life—offering rare, one-of-one creations that embody the deepest aspirations of our clients. We aspire to inspire, empowering individuals to shape surroundings that not only reflect their vision but elevate their lifestyle to something extraordinary.
“It’s about crafting a legacy of moments, emotions, and experiences that resonate deeply and uniquely with each person—a true expression of luxury that goes beyond any single creation, becoming an enduring part of their lives.”
The launch comes as Dubai experiences economic growth and strengthens its position as a global destination, leading to increased demand for ultra-rare residences.
